Conquest Of Steel returns with a split CD with Evanesce (death metal). For their "live" CD part, Conquest Of Steel has recorded 3 songs in a NWOBHM vein along the lines of bands like Legend and Savage. They are extremely tongue in cheek with their lyrics, most notably on "Wenches Can Be Warriors (Sluts of War)". There "discography" reads like a Spinal Tap bio as well.

Obviously, these guys are in it for the laughs and the free beer...whoever is offering. If you enjoy 1984 power metal that tries not to take itself too seriously, give these guys a listen.
