ORDERING BY CREDIT CARD

PayPal:
The Pure Rock Shop offers our customers the ability to purchase items from TPRS.com with PayPal.  Our new shopping cart system is ready, give it a try!

GEMM:
For our overseas customers who are unable to use PayPal and for those who do not wish to sign up for or do not currently have a PayPal account, The Pure Rock Shop offers credit card shopping in conjunction with GEMM.  Please be aware GEMM adds a 15% surcharge on any order which they process. For example, if your total order is $30 with shipping, your total charge will then be $34.50 using GEMM to process a credit card order.  

To order by Credit Card via GEMM, enter the band/artist or title of the selection that you wish to purchase in the box below.  You will receive a list of titles matching your request.  To purchase the item click the “BUY” link and you will receive instructions on how to complete your order or continue shopping for additional selections.

ORDERING BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER

The Pure Rock Shop processes all check and money order payments in-house.  Therefore, there are no processing fees involved.  However, all check payments will require a 14-day processing period before the order is shipped.

If paying by check or money order DO NOT send payment to The Pure Rock Shop until you have received an e-mail message instructing you to do so.  After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message indicating selection availability, and the total order price with shipping and handling.  Payment instructions and The Pure Rock Shop's payment address will also be provided to you in your confirmation message.  To ensure timely order processing, please include your selection titles with your check or money order.

Shipping and Handling Costs:
Shipping is based on the USPS rate calculator for domestic and international orders.  Handling costs (materials and employees) are added to this charge.
