Toronto, Ontario Canada has been a hotspot for heavy metal bands for decades.  Clubs like the Gasworks, Larry's Hideaway, etc. are the stuff legends are made (up) of for many fans.  While names likes Kid Wikkid (Sebastian Bach), Blind Vengeance (Harem Scarem) and Apple Viper made fade away, these are some of the hundreds of bands that have laid the foundations for the latest generations of bands including Striker, Skull Fist and Diemonds.

Diemonds is a 5-piece band lead by Priya Panda on lead vocals and C.C. Diemond on lead guitars.  Priya is petite spitfire on stage; full of the swagger and attitude that is a key ingridient in a real rock star.  Plus, she has a distinct, powerful voice that is as melodic as it is appealing.  C.C. Diemond is a no-nonsense guitar player who knows when a fill is needed and has the chops to play flashy solos that enhance a song.
