BOLT THROWER
Those Once Loyal
Metal Blade

In another review, I read someone comparing Bolt Thrower to
AC/DC in that no matter what, you know what to expect with a new
release by the band. Once again in "Those Once Loyal",
Bolt Thrower releases an album full of war metal anthems that
have death metal vocals backed by some punishing metallic riffs.
Musically, Bolt Thrower could be compared to perhaps the later
works of Metal Church crossed with the later Slayer releases.
Karl Willetts returns to the band as lead vocalist.
Considering the band has been flying the banner of death metal
for nearly 20 years, Bolt Thrower has seemingly never swayed
from their roots and continue to release the type of material
their fans expect.
